So to decide who is the deserving challenger to gold held by Mickie James I Quit match is fixed between Phoenix and Melina. Loser of this match will be out of Women Championship race and winner will face Mickie James.
Mickie James will be happy see both them tearing each other for the title shot. Mickie James will be less worried about who will face her in Championship match as she has upper edge on both of them because she has beaten both of them.

Vickie Lynn Guerrero,Lara (born April 16, 1968) is an American professional wrestling personality and widow of professional wrestler Eddie Guerrero currently working for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on its SmackDown brand, where she is the (kayfabe) General Manager, as well as the (kayfabe) wife of Edge.
She has also made appearances at different venues in memory of her husband such as collecting "The Star of the Mountain Award" in Eddie's hometown, El Paso, Texas, and speaking on WWE.com about Eddie's induction into the WWE Hall of Fame.

In 2005, Vickie began to make cameo appearances during the feud between Eddie and Rey Mysterio, which had escalated when Eddie promised to reveal the secret of Rey's son, Dominick. Vickie was on the July 14, 2005 episode of SmackDown! with two of Eddie's three daughters to stop Eddie from revealing Rey's secret. Eddie promised not to reveal the secret should he lose to Rey at The Great American Bash, though that turned out to be another one of his character's trademark lies. Vickie later reappeared at SummerSlam 2005 to convince Eddie to put a stop to his war with Rey and not to go through with the "Custody of Dominick" ladder match that night. When that failed, she had to cost him the match by pushing over ladder he was on as he about to win.
On November 13, 2005, Eddie Guerrero died of heart failure in his Minneapolis hotel room and was found by his nephew Chavo. This led to Rey Mysterio, real-life friends with Eddie, getting a significant push, and at WrestleMania 22, he defeated Kurt Angle and Randy Orton for the World Heavyweight Championship. Vickie and her nephew, Chavo, congratulated Mysterio on the stage ramp following his victory. In 2006, about 7-8 months after Eddie's death, Vickie started appearing more prominently in more controversial storylines. She first asserted herself during a feud between Rey and Chavo Guerrero when Chavo accused Rey of being "nothing but a leech living off the blood of the Guerrero name" on the August 4 episode of SmackDown!. A fight broke out after that statement, and Vickie came out to separate it. Subsequently, she acted as peacemaker between the two former friends until she seemingly inadvertently interfered in their match at SummerSlam 2006, costing Mysterio the match. She then betrayed him by siding with Chavo and hitting Mysterio in the back with a steel chair on the following episode of SmackDown!, effectively turning heel.On the September 1 edition of SmackDown!, she declared herself Chavo's business manager and Rey an "insignificant chapter" in her past.
At No Mercy 2006, Chavo lost to Rey Mysterio in a Falls Count Anywhere Match. After the match, Vickie verbally assaulted Rey Mysterio. On the following SmackDown!, Chavo and Vickie challenged Rey Mysterio to an "I Quit" match which he accepted. On October 20, 2006, Rey Mysterio quit after he was stuck in a light tower off the side of the stage. During the match, Mysterio had the advantage until Vickie interfered with one of his high flying moves, causing Chavo to take advantage by bashing Mysterio's leg with a chair until he quit. Mysterio was then taken out of the arena on a stretcher.
On October 27, 2006, Chris Benoit asked Vickie why she and Chavo betrayed Rey. Vickie replied, "Now Chris, Rey never gave my family a chance to move on, and I know that you and Eddie were also very close, but not as close as you thought." Benoit then tried to figure out "what was Vickie doing regarding Eddie's estate" while defending the WWE United States Championship from Chavo. At Survivor Series 2006, Chavo kicked out of an attempted Sharpshooter, causing Benoit to knock Vickie off the ring apron and fall on her head. She then wore a neck brace and acted as though Benoit intentionally hit her.[15] On December 22, Chavo had another bout for the US Championship. Benoit put Chavo in the Crippler Crossface, but Vickie entered the ring and hit Benoit with the US Championship belt to break the hold, resulting in Chavo's disqualification. Chavo then shouted "If you wanted me to win the title, then stop getting me disqualified," before pushing Vickie over.
